ThE PLayGRounD


We shed a thousand pounds between the two of us
A state of grace
A funny playground

We stared carelessly in to the air
Because we were children
And we spent
Way to much time on
Monkey bars falling from
High places
And
We should have known…
Known better yeah
At the play ground
